​Renovation of an existing ice rink facility into the New York Islanders practice facility and corporate offices included a team locker room, player’s lounge, training areas including massage, physical therapy, hot and cold recessed tubs, recessed aquatic treadmill, weight training, cardio and turf areas  in addition to a suite of corporate offices.
